Our dedicated board of directors and other volunteer members ensure our roads and common areas are well-kept while upholding our community standards. All roads and common areas of Round Mountain are private and for the use of members and guests only. There is no public access to waterfalls or Lake Jocassee.

Our fundamental mission is to maintain the private roads and common areas of Round Mountain and uphold our Covenants and Bylaws. As the representative of the property owners, the Association will take an ethical and objective approach in representing their interests. We will manage the annual budget to accomplish the purposes set forth in the Association's Bylaws.
